I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Penghu. the hotel offered complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which was a great convenience. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even though they didn't speak much English. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and had a beautiful ocean view. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel had a variety of options to choose from.

While there were a few minor areas for improvement, overall, my experience at this hotel was great.

Friendly staff, Good Breakfast, Great Location My Easter stay was made all the better by the friendly staff who were always willing to help. Breakfast had a good spread and had variety, and the free bikes were a great way to explore the city. the location was perfect, with the beach and several restaurants within walking distance.

Limited room amenities and Poor soundproofing Although the hotel had comfortable beds, it lacked some amenities like bathrobes and slippers which I would have appreciated. the soundproofing of the hallways and rooms were not ideal, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the ocean. We appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The breakfast buffet had a decent range of Chinese foods, real coffee, and fresh fruit.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. They even provided free airport pick-up and drop-off, which was a fantastic convenience. Additionally, the spacious rooms with their stunning ocean views were a delightful surprise. The location was also great, as it was close to the sunset viewing bridge and within walking distance of the main tourist area and market. Lastly, the breakfast provided a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

No negatives to mention, everything was perfect!

The only good thing about this hotel was the free airport pickup and the free bike rentals. It was easy to get around the area on the bikes, although a little unsafe due to the busy roads. The location of the hotel was also good, as it was close to some restaurants and shops.

My romantic escape at this hotel was a total failure. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a musty smell. The walls were thin and we could hear all the noise from neighboring rooms and hallways. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the shower was tiny. The breakfast was terrible. All the food was local style and we did not enjoy it at all. The staff were unfriendly and we felt unwelcome. We had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately it was a letdown.

Central Location and Helpful Staff

the friendly staff provided free airport pickup and helpful tips for things to do nearby. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and strong water pressure in the bathroom. They even offered free bikes for exploring! the complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of Chinese food options and free drinking water dispensers in the hallways were a nice touch.
